My hair is natural dark brown almost black. I decided to color my hair 6/26/12. I had an extra box of Garnier Nutrisse Cream in Sangria #56. I was hoping to get a vibrant red but that did not happen. My hair color looked the same only much more shinier. The red tones were only visable in the sun. I deciced to go to Sally's Beauty Supply. My intention was to buy Manic Panic or Punky Colors Semi-Permantant hair color. I used to use those all the time in high school. Thank goodness an employee walked up and asked me if I needed help. She recommended the Loreal Excellence HiColor for Dark Hair Only. She was extremely helpfull and knowledgeable. I took her advice and bought the color in Magenta and the developer in 30. She said the red shows up really well even on gray hair. I dont have to worry about the grey hair right now but I will keep it in mind. I was so scared to try this. I did not want to end up looking strange. I was so pleased with my new hair color. I love it and so does my husband. The color is noticble even if I am not outside. I think I will color my hair again in about 2 weeks but use the 40 volume developer instead.
My son loves collecting things. His favorites right now are the Squinkies and Marvel Heroics and DC Heroics. They are so tiny and cute. My favorite ones are the SpongeBob Squinkies. We had originally planned to put them in a DIY Gumball Machine I had made but they were not very organized. I decided to make him a display rack. I made one for myself last year for my nail polishes which is still holding up quite nicely.
DVD Rack found at the Goodwill yesterday for $4.99. The only thing that was missing was the little wooded ball that goes on top.
Foam board from the Dollar Tree. You can find this at Hobby Lobby or Michael's.
An exacto knife makes cutting the board easier. Make sure you put something on the bottom before you start cutting to avoid damages on counters.
Use a regular DVD case and not a Blu-Ray case because the BluRay is much shorter
In this case, size does matter:)
Regular DVD top; BluRay bottom
I used waffle lining to keep the Squinkies and the Heroics from slipping. On my nail polish rack I used printed material. The choice is yours, depending on what you plan to use yours for
trace the DVD and cut
measure the lining to the cut out of the DVD
hot glue the corners first then the sides then place on the rack and space out accordingly. Its your choice to hot glue the base to the rack. I did not do it to this rack because Squinkies are so light in weight and we may need to add more shelves. I did hot glue the shelves on my Nail Polish Rack because the nail polishes were heavy.
I replaced the wooden ball for a Squinkies Ball.
Here is the finished project.

This is the nail polish rack I made. I created this rack.

Everyone knows that razors seem to be getting more expensive. In my home we have to buy razors for my husband and for myself. My husband spends almost $30.00 when he buys razor refills. It drives us crazy. I tend to buy the less expensive one but I wont buy anything that looks dangerous. I love my legs♥ Luckily for me, I am able to participate in the Bic Soleil Savvy BzzCampaign. This disposable razor is priced at a very decent and affordable price. It comes with the handle of course and four refillable triple-blade heads that pivot for that perfect shave. It also has a lubricating strip that contains Vitamin E. The blade are easy to insert and remove. Once you finish with the 4 blades just throw everything away.
If you are inexperienced with shaving here are some helpful tips:
*Shave at night-shaving removes dead skin cells and the superficial layer of skin. While this process is healthy, it reduces your skins defenses for a couple hours. Shaving at night gives your skin time to recover its strength and suppleness to resist irritation.
*Shave clean skin-to help prevent infection an bumps, make sure your skin is perfectly clean before you shave. Apply hot water beforehand or shave after showering. Warm humidity increases skin elasticity and softens your hair, making it easier to shave.
*Apply shaving cream or gel-use shaving cream or gel with Aloe Vera when shaving. It is gentler on your skin than regular soap and can help lift hair. Lather the cream or gel, then leave it on for two minutes prior to shaving. Once your hair is softened, the razor will glide more easily over skin.
*Use a sharp blade-change your blades regularly, especially if you have sensitive skin. On sensitive areas like your bikini line and underarms, shaving with a dull blade can result in red spots.

My BzzKit contained 1 women's insoles in size 6-10 and 10 $1.00 coupons
Outrageous Comfort
*Doubles the comfort in your shoes
*Absorbs shock all day,everyday
The first thing you are going to want to do is remove the current insole your shoes have now.
Place the proper insole on top of the correct shoe.
Cut the Dr.Scholl's insert to fit your shoe. I measured mine to the insert that used to be in the shoe.
My shoes are a size 71/2 so I trimmed the insole to a #8 and it fit perfectly
This is the WRONG way to insert the Gel insole. The Gel side goes down.. I will admit it, I did it like that and thank goodness my husband was watching me do it and corrected me
I hope these give me some relief on some discomfort I am having after I go to the gym. I will post another blog to give my thoughts on them.
